Questions about the menu.
Do you do patch tests?
Yes. We follow our colour brand’s instructions, so you need a quick skin test at least 48 hours before colour if you are new to colour with us or we are changing your colour brand or shade. You also need one if your last colour here was more than six months ago, your last skin test was more than 12 months ago, or you have had a tattoo, henna or permanent make-up since your last colour. Call in whenever we are open: it takes five minutes.
How long does balayage take?
Allow about three hours for a full head with a toner and a blow-dry. Longer or thicker hair can take a little more, and we will tell you when you book.
Can I bring photos of what I like?
Please do. Photos of colour and cuts you like, and of ones you do not, help us plan the shade and the shape with you.
