Do you do patch tests?
Yes. We follow our colour brand’s instructions, so you need a quick skin test at least 48 hours before colour if you are new to colour with us or we are changing your colour brand or shade. You also need one if your last colour here was more than six months ago, your last skin test was more than 12 months ago, or you have had a tattoo, henna or permanent make-up since your last colour. Call in whenever we are open: it takes five minutes.
How early should I book?
A week ahead is usually enough for cuts and blow-dries. For colour, and for Saturdays, two to three weeks is safer. Book online any time, and we will confirm your request.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
For cuts and blow-dries, yes, whenever a chair is free. Colour needs an appointment, and a patch test first if one is due.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Let us know at least 24 hours before and we will move it to a time that suits you.
